- To provide individuals who wish to pursue associate, undergraduate, and graduate education from every city in Turkey with the opportunity to access these educational programs,
- To monitor in-demand professions and ensure the establishment and initiation of relevant departments and programs,
- To demonstrate that educational programs, courses, seminars, conferences, and workshops can be conducted remotely, without the need to be physically present at the central location, by offering distance education in all areas where the university conducts education and research, beyond its regular undergraduate and graduate programs, at both national and international levels.
